Power up the controller.
Connect it to your network
Open any web browser.
Navigate to the Inception web interface.
From there, everything needed to configure, commission and operate the system is available through an intuitive browser-based interface.

How the Inception Starter Kits Work
The IR Inception Starter Kit is the foundation of the system and is required to get started. It includes an Inception controller, enclosure, SIFER readers and credentials, providing a complete solution for access control, intruder detection, or a combination of both.
Once the Starter Kit is installed, the system can be expanded with one or more add-on kits, depending on the requirements of the site:
2-Door Expander Kit – Adds access control for two additional doors, including a SLAM and two SIFER readers.
4-Door Expander Kit – Adds access control for four additional doors, including two SLAMs and four SIFER readers.
16-Input Expander Kit – Adds additional inputs and outputs for expanded intruder detection, alarm monitoring and general control applications.
This flexible, modular approach allows the system to grow as the site’s security requirements change. Start with the Starter Kit, then add the appropriate expansion kit or combination of kits to create a tailored security solution.
