As Inner Range continue to expand our market presence and enterprise capability, we're pleased to announce two important internal appointments within our sales team. Both reflect the depth of talent within our organization and our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers, partners, and consultants.

Daniel Joubert - Enterprise BDM, Southern Region

Daniel Joubert has accepted the role of Enterprise BDM – Southern Region.

Over the past 18 months, Daniel has successfully supported Wesco Anixter in the role of Distribution Development Manager, working closely with the Wesco team to enable and support our customers. Through strong collaboration, market engagement, and channel support initiatives, Daniel has played an important role in helping Wesco deliver positive outcomes for partners and end users alike.

During this time, he has consistently demonstrated strong commercial acumen, technical capability, and a customer‑focused approach. With more than 14 years of industry experience at Inner Range, Daniel brings a deep understanding of our market and the relationships that drive long‑term success.

In his new role, Daniel will focus on driving growth across our enterprise customer base, with a strong emphasis on consultant engagement, strategic end‑user relationships, and supporting our top‑tier partners and customers across the Southern Region. Daniel’s strong communication skills, technical knowledge, customer‑first mindset, and passion for the Inner Range brand position him well as we continue to strengthen our partnership with Wesco and drive future growth across the market.

Brad Sheen - Enterprise BDM, NSW/ACT

Brad Sheen has been appointed to the role of Enterprise BDM – NSW/ACT

Over the past six years, Brad has consistently supported the NSW and ACT markets across partners, consultants, and end users, contributing strongly to the continued growth and development of the Inner Range business. During this time, he has built highly respected relationships across the industry and developed a strong understanding of both the market and our customers’ evolving requirements.

In this new role, Brad will focus on driving enterprise opportunities through consultant and end‑user engagement, while collaborating closely with our leading partners and technical alliance relationships to support continued growth across key vertical markets.

As the technology portfolio and solution capability for Inner Range continues to evolve, it is important that we maintain a strong focus on our customers, consultants, partners, and broader technology alliances, while driving greater market engagement around the Inner Range platform. Brad’s industry experience, technical understanding, and strong market relationships position him well for this next step.

As the Inner Range technology portfolio and solution capability continues to evolve, maintaining a strong focus on customers, consultants, partners, and broader technology alliances remains central to our strategy. Both Daniel and Brad bring the industry experience, technical understanding, and market relationships that position them well for these next steps.

Please join us in congratulating Daniel and Brad on their new appointments and wishing them continued success in their roles.
