Inner Range Expands Integriti Aiphone Intercom Integration with Gateway and Mobile App Support
The new Integriti integration release strengthens operator control, visibility and intercom event management across supported Aiphone IX and IXG systems
Inner Range releases Version 1.8 of our Integriti Aiphone Intercom integration, adding support for the Aiphone Gateway and Mobile Phone App. This release enables users to monitor, and control supported Aiphone IX and IXG intercom devices directly from Integriti software, helping organisations bring intercom activity, access control events and operator workflows into a single security management environment.
The Integriti Aiphone Intercom integration is a third-party intercom integration designed to allow users to pull intercom events, directly control calls, and display the status of configured Aiphone intercoms from within Integriti. Version 1.8 adds support for Aiphone Gateway and Phone App functionality, extending the integration ability to support broader Aiphone deployment models where compatible Gateway and mobile phone application configurations are used.
By consolidating intercom events and control functions into Integriti, security teams can improve situational awareness and reduce the need to move between separate systems. Supported capabilities include receiving events and alarms from the intercom system, triggering Integriti actions from intercom events, generating alerts, displaying connection status, showing online, offline, alarm and call state information, logging calls, and unlocking associated doors directly from an associated intercom point.
The integration also supports operational workflows such as viewing and controlling intercoms on Integriti schematic maps, associating intercoms with Integriti entities, automatically creating child devices from the intercom configuration, and automatically controlling Integriti entities in response to intercom events. Advanced supported capabilities include automatically loading intercom configuration, creating intercom calls, terminating intercom calls, answering intercom calls, forwarding intercom calls, simulating button presses, streaming live footage from an intercom, selecting a custom aspect ratio, digital PTZ, streaming audio from an intercom, and 64-bit server support.
The release requires an Integriti Pro or Infiniti v26 licence, a minimum installed Integriti version of Integriti Pro or Infiniti v25.1, and the Integriti Intercom Integration licence SKU: 996932.
