A key highlight of V2.5 is the introduction of installer contact information directly within the touchscreen interface, allowing site users to quickly identify and contact their security provider when assistance is required.

Complementing this are new contextual help options within the Health, Notifications and Emergency sections, giving users immediate access to guidance and support resources.

Enhanced Status Awareness
