A 10 story, boutique waterfront Apartment complex has completed a major access control upgrade in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, replacing an outdated system with a modern, mobile-enabled solution designed to streamline resident and visitor access. The new system allows residents to access the building using their smartphones, removing the need for physical swipe cards or tags. Integrated lift call functionality and AiPhone intercom integration support provide seamless access for visitors, while lift controls ensure that access is restricted to authorised floors only.

According to the Inner Range certified Security Integrator, the project was delivered on time and on budget, whilst maintaining building security throughout the installation to minimise disruption for residents. Before-and-after results highlight the modernisation of the building’s security infrastructure. Inner Range and Wesco Anixter provided technology and supply chain support for the upgrade.
