Major Perth retail development integrates security from the ground up with Inner Range Integriti.

South Central Stage 2, a major retail development currently under construction in Jandakot, Western Australia, is incorporating integrated security from the outset. The project will add more than 36,400 square metres of showroom and large-format retail space across seven buildings, alongside hospitality facilities and more than 800 car bays. Once completed, it is expected to become Australia’s largest homemaker centre.

Blueforce Security is delivering a connected solution combining Inner Range Integriti, Milestone XProtect and Axis video technologies. Integriti provides access control and alarm management across nominated secure areas, while Milestone XProtect serves as the central video management and event platform. Axis licence plate recognition cameras support vehicle monitoring at key entry and exit points throughout the development.

The integration brings CCTV, access control, alarms and vehicle monitoring into one connected environment, giving centre management a single pane of glass view across multiple security disciplines. Its open architecture allows best-fit technologies to work together, simplifying day-to-day security management and supporting the operational requirements of the precinct.
