COVID-19 Notice to Customers of Inner Range

Dear Inner Range Customers,

The spread of the COVID-19 around the world is putting a tremendous strain on Integrators, their customers and their families. We are here to support you and your business to run as efficiently as possible. Our product supply, sales, support and training services are all fully operational.

COVID-19 has put a strain on international supply chains however, as Inner Range performs all final manufacturing and testing of its products in Australia, we are ideally positioned to continue operations during this global pandemic. Inner Range also enacted a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) which was created in 2017 to counter events such as this. The BCP involves ensuring multiple, geographically separated sources of components and sub-assemblies, including the ability to source assemblies from Australian-based facilities.

There is also encouraging news from our electronic component suppliers that output in China is ramping up close to normality. We believe that we have been through the worst of the supply chain challenges in China.

The COVID-19 situation is changing daily, and we continue to monitor and adjust our risk-mitigation strategies as the situation evolves. There are very few certainties in this current environment, however I can assure customers that we have deployed best-in-class risk mitigation strategies to ensure you have continued access to our products and support.

We currently have no supply problems with Inner Range products, and we are in daily contact with supplier and logistics partners and will update you if this situation changes.

Kind Regards,

Mark Cunnington
