Software Assurance

Overview

Inner Range Pty Ltd has established a maintenance program to support customers of its Integriti & Infiniti Professional system management software.

This program may consist of upgrade software and/or telephone and email customer support to assist users of Integriti & Infiniti Professional in their use and configuration of the software application.

At this time, this maintenance program is available to customers within Australia and New Zealand only.

Standard - Software Assurance Agreements (SAA)

Standard Software Assurance Agreements provided systems with ongoing version updates as they are made available. Any new software or upgrade purchase is entitled to register for a twelve month Standard Software Assurance Agreement at no additional cost.

By entering into this agreement your system will qualify for all updates of the subsequent version complimentary of Inner Range. Ongoing agreements are maintained by a fixed rate annual fee. While Software Assurance Agreements are not madatory to upgrade your system capacity; Inner Range recommends that all security related products use the latest versions available.

Premium - Software Assurance Agreement (SAA)

The Premium Software Assurance Agreement is our top tier support offering which provides system owners with a direct communication channel with Inner Range Technical Support and Professional Services. Additionally, a number of optional services are available to further customize your agreement to suit your specific site requirements. 

Our premium serives offers all the features of the standard agreement with the followiing additional benefits:

- Critical Support Incident Response Time during business hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm)

- Privilged login to access the Inner Range website.

- Priority Technical Support call-in number

- Optional After business hours support (7 day 24 hours)

- Optional onsite software support for customers without remote access

- Optional onsite audits and system healthcheacks

- Optional support for customizations and integrations
