In this release of the Insight management software, more powerful functionality has been added, along with a number of performance enhancements to assist operators managing Concept 4000 installations. New features include:

The Card Pool optional module - This module streamlines the administration of access control cards across an organisation. Operators can create pools of cards and assign them to users, return cards to a pool (for example, when a visitor signs out, or a contractor finishes their tenure) as well as, where necessary, marking cards as suspended or lost. This module makes it easy to migrate to the Card Pool model from systems with cards already programmed in them.

In the DVR Integration Module, streaming video support has been added for the following DVRs:
- Tibet Magic Radar series
- Dedicated Micros DVIP series
- Dedicated Micros Digital Sprite2 (new) series
Control support (but no video streaming) has been added for BaxAll Vivid DVRs.

 

32 Custom string data fields are available for each user. These fields can be used in Extended User Reports and in the Photo-ID module

New report, "Extended User Report" added to the Advanced Reporting Module - This report allows operators to report on extended user data (such as name, department, company and photo) including the new custom data fields.

Virtual Panel – Virtual links for users are now automatically created if the Wizard is used to add a new panel to an existing Virtual Panel. Performance has been improved on the creation of Virtual Panels.
