The IQ Zone Expansion card allows the system to be extended by a further 8 zones, without the need to use the zone doubling feature on the Control Module. In this way, each zone has its own unique reporting ID and can be easily identified in the event of an alarm. The board also incorporates additional detector power connections.

Note:
If zone doubling is used on the Control Module, the zones on the expansion card cannot be used.
